• Check your internet connection, the quality of the stream is only as good as your internet connection. If you are experiencing problems please try moving closer to your WiFi router, plugging in an Ethernet Cable or restarting your router. You could also try a different WiFi network.
• If the stream doesn’t appear above, please try restarting your browser, clearing your browser cache or restarting your computer.
• Some network dont allow access to YouTube or certain streaming services, for example Government or Local Council websites. You may need to try a different network or contact your IT department for help.
• If you have a slow connection, the stream will sacrifice video for audio, meaning you will be able to hear the stream, however, the video quality will be lowered or may even stop.
